I need a website, preferably on Wordpress that would be linked to a database. Please tell me what would be the price to build it. Let me give you an example of what I would like to have (example is only for reference purpose and for ease of understanding). Imagine a website with the search field (like google). where a user will enter a number, like car plates number. If this number exists in the database he will get the map with the last reported location, comments from other users, etc. If the number is not in database the user will be able to enter the location of the car, provide comments, give some details on this car. Other users will be able to comment and "like", "share" other user's comments. PLEASE NOTE: this project will not involve car plates numbers and will not violate privacy, it was just an example. Please give me the cost and timeline to create such a website.

Nice to see your project. I think it needs to be clarified what is the database actually. If its a database that was created before this website, then its a different scenario. It gets different in case we have to create it and then integrate it. Who is managing the database actually? Thanks.
