Build a Website and Upload

[login to view URL] is in need of a complete website redesign, modifications and updates. Before you bid please note that we are listing all the tasks to do in a separate document with a lot of details, please read this document before bidding, as they will be no re-negotiation regarding the bid price, plus all people that will private message us the code included that we have put in that separate document, will be considered as having read the document, all others will not be considered as such we will not retain the bid, too many time wasters that do not read the descriptions and then try to re-negotiate the price...way too many all the time. So basically What we are after is just a new design, new graphics, then all you need to do is cut and paste the info of the present pages and re-create the entire structure of the website, this includes a few secret pages where you have access to the digital product or demo (All these will be revealed in a second document to the coder chosen). The webpage should be easily editable by us using regular website editor, or unless you want to do a CMS type it is up to you, there is not much we need to do with this website as it is pretty static. However having said that, in the separate document we are mentioning the construction of a special link page, that people can add link to my site after my approval (This could be subject to another bid, but is not part of this bidding) We can discuss this further as another job later. These are the requirements, the objective is to make the website more modern and thus attract more sales, be effective for smart phone, ipads, web tv etc...we welcome any suggestions you might have about the website, it structures, its way of working, you can propose anything that will make it better, we are all hears...so please do comment in your bid of what you intend to do, but do not forget the code in PM...Once we settle with the chosen coder, we will give you an ftp account to do the upload work on the server also the proper location of some secret page will be disclosed.
