Build a Website / Database System

We need to build a website with the following features: 1. Barcode Scanning 2. Private login information for multiple users 3. catalog of information (data will be provided) that can be added to 3a. said catalog will need to be searchable 3b. will include multiple data points per entry (names, colors, pricing, etc.) 3c. catalog will have upwards of 15,000 entries - and the site will need to be able to accommodate that 3d. there will be two types of data; clients and samples. Clients and samples will have different data points in each entry 4. We will need to have back end access to website: settings, hosting info, etc. 5. System needs to have a check-in/check-out option that will assign "checked out" samples to a particular vendor, then will remove them from that vendor's list once "checked in". Check ins and outs will need to be dateable and searchable based on date later 5a. "quick check in/out" option to check in or out samples based on the barcode 6. Possible to add pictures to entries. Not definite yet. 7. Cool theme. 8. Need to be able to print labels from entries. 9. Mass delete 10. Mass update based on certain data categories 11. Ability to export data 12. Upload and print forms. 13. "Sort" option, if possible, in addition to search option. 14. Search/sort possible with multiple criteria.
