hello , the web application will be aimed to help the university to manage the student practical training . the university have many college(computer science college,engineer college .. etc) and each college will have many departments(for example computer science there is "information system" ,software engineer .. etc ) and each departments will have their student and evaluator for their practical training , and when the student wants to take a practical training he then ask the registrar for the available training and the will request one , after that the company which offered the training may accept that request and send it to college registrar with the training plan , after that the registrar may approve the training to start , then the company will assign a supervisor for the training and the student , after the training is finished the supervisor will be able to write an evaluation for the student about the training ,the the evaluator will view the evaluation and the report submitted by the student to give a grade for the training. the site will contain the following users and their requirements : Student will be able to : 1-search for a company and view the information about the company and view the training program for that company 2- apply a request to train in that company and will be able to view the request status 3-after the training is finished he will be able to submit a report about the training he had 4-after being evaluated he will be able to see his grade Company user will be able to : 1- manage(add, edit or delete) training 2- manage (accept or reject ) training 3- assign supervisor for training Supervisor user will be able to : 1-write evaluation for training Registrar will be able to : 1- approve a company to be in the system 2-approve a the request for a training after being accepted by the company 3-manage(add or delete ) evaluator Evaluator will be able to : view the evaluation from the supervisor and view the student report and the will be able to submit grade for that student all of the users above can register and sign in into the system . time estimated for completion of the project is : 1 month i attached an er diagram for the tables and their association its not a must follow, just to clarify the system , the er diagram doesn't have an attribute cause i want you to feel free to add them
