Build a Website

Hello, I'm looking to publish a website that will be a library of children's books. The website should be able to register classrooms of a maximum of 35 children. Upon registration of a classroom, a fee should be paid through credit card. Each child in a classroom should be able to login with his/her own password. Upon login the child will be directed to his/her book world. The book world allows the child to go to one of three sections. 1) The library of books. The library of books is to be divided into 28 levels. Each level should be able to load up to 50 books. A book includes the written book with the audio recording of the books and the book saved without audio and a quiz for each book. 2) The specific level that the child is in (with all its books showing and which books the student has already completed). 3) A world where the child can spend the pearls he/she receives (keeps track of how many pearls the child has received and how many he/she spends). The classroom teacher should have an interface where he/she receives exactly what is happening to with each child. The teacher is the one who can set the class members and their passwords. One of the most important part of the websites is that the teacher can set assessments or specific books for the child to read and record their voice and take the quiz. That way the teacher can mark the sound of the child while reading and mark the quiz. Note, the graphics are not included but if you have a team who an work with us to make the graphics of course the project price will increase by 50%. The graphics are basically exactly the same as the ones shown except that instead of having an outer space world, it will be an under water world and instead of having a rocket it will be a submarine with a diver.
