PROJECT DESCRIPTION (Project will pay $30.00) I'm looking for a very simple WordPress plugin that will enable a random unique number (serial number) that my user can use to track specific uploads made to my site. No matter the file type. The file must be able to be stored on a database on my server. I also want to be able to block or allow access to this plugin for users.
