So from there what you do is you put in all the words you consider to be positive about yourself, could be phases, writings, photos, quotes, pictures, music, videos, anything that gives you a positive feeling or gives you a happy reflection. It’s all about what you think, not what other people think. The 'Happiness' section your Loves, Passions, Likes, Activities, what you’re Thankful For, Mindful Matters and again you can use words, phases, writings, photos, quotes, pictures, music, video. Then you have your 'Relationships' your Family, Friends, Partner, likewise again you can write a letter to your family or you can write individually what your mother, or sister, or brother means to you. Again using words, phases, writings, photos, quotes, pictures, music, and video. Something that brings you a positive feeling and puts a smile on your face. 'Aspirations' they are really about your Dreams Goals, what you have already Achieved, Career. For instance you can pay your bills, you are a great mother or father. Once you have finished inputting all the photos, quotes, writings etc, this then generates your finished project to be viewed via mobile and online applications, or it can be printed out or saved for you to use in times of depression, anxiety, as a pick me up or general read through at any time. Stored securely online these montages are constantly available to be changed and personalized through adding your words/writings, images and music. The platform is designed to be used independently or with counselor support. You do not need to show the end result to anyone, unless you want to. However the end result can be triggered/scheduled for you to view it by you or your practitioner (if this is completed it a counseling arrangement) to be viewed at periods of time when you know you will feel low. 'Activ8 Your Life' also has the following features and more: Diary which you can write your personal thoughts, monitor how you have been feeling, what you are thankful for, and what good things happened that day. A discussion board where you can talk to like-minded people, who may be going through the same sort of things you are or if something has upset you during the day. Can be used in conjunction with practitioners. Can be monitored by your practitioner. Can be triggered by your practitioner or yourself.
