About the Company
It's garment repair business so if there is a hole in your sweater or a tear in your suit we are able to fix it. Our speciality is sweater and suit repair, but we will also offer shoe and handbag repair servics.
Initially the business will operate online only, as there will be no storefront location. However, the company is based in New York, and will offer free pickup and delivery in New York. I expect 60% of the business to be local New York business and 40% of the business to come from the rest of the US.
General Site Needs
I want to launch the site in beta, where only invited guests are allowed. Guests can either receive an invitation from a friend or have a promo code from one of our partners to enter the site.
There needs to be an about section, how it works, something like a get started maybe, services page, FAQ's, blog page, picture gallery for before & afters. I'm not sure if a tips page is necessary or useful and would be interested in hearing your thoughts.
I will need a responsive layout and design.
CRM Integration
Landing pages based on key search terms or ways in which they found us.
Subscription box for our newsletter
FedEx or some type of integration to shipping, so that when customers go on to request a shipping label they can get an emailed shipping label instantly. Also they will get the tracking number.
Forms
Auto generated reponses for when they join our mailing list.
Auto generated response for when they request a shipping label or pickup.
Some type of internal tracking system that says, garments received, work in progress, headed back to you. That internally we can go on and trigger and the customer will get an automated email and text.
I'd like there to be a QR code generated that they can print and place in their order.
Payment Account creations.
- Some type of system where they go online and create an account when they initiate a request. The ability to login to their account and see where their garment is in the process.
- The ability to store credit information entered online and send invoice.
Look and Feel --- It's okay if you don't have design capabilities, I can get a separate designer.

For color palettes I'm thinking mint chocolate, mint and navy with gray and white, I'm open to suggestions. But in general I want it to feel light and bright, but not too feminine or gender specific.
