Build a Website

I would like to get Inventory & production management app, the main use would be on the computer (windows) but I would also like to be able to imput data on a mobile phone (Android & iOS).

I would like it to be really simple and straight forward.

It should do the following:

- Create Item (name, description, supplier name, price, Revision # or letter, tipe of item example: component, assembly or other).

- Manage Items (edit)

- Create assemblies (which have individual components)

- Manage and create different warehouses (each place should have its own amount of items)

- Receive Item funtion (once items are created they should apear on a list that I should just be able to selec the item and put the quantity we are receiving, date we received it, person that received it, shipping company and most importantly warehouse it was stored and notes)

- Move items from one warehouse to another

- Production (meaning that if I was able to create 5 units of an assembly it should take 5 sets of the components that make that assembly and substract it from the inventory and add only 5 assemblies to the inventory)

- Ship Items (once in this option, I would have to select/type the item I'm sending and the amounts, it should substract those items been sent from the inventory, information could be added to it like, company, date, amount of pallets, shipping company, packing slip # and notes

- Reject Items (if for some reason it has a defect I would state the amount and part number and it should be taken out of the inventory, should add notes and reason for being rejected)

I would also like to be able to create and edit users and passwords and have it set by users, meaning that if I send 50 units of something to a different warehouse it would show which user order it or imput the data.
