Build a Website

Hello I am looking for a fairly simple website for Group of Travel Advisors that specialize in Vacation Home Rental business but also can provide travel services anywhere in the world. Need to have 1) a few pages, home, view rental properties/photo gallery, page to capture customer info, form to fill out customer request (ie dates of stay, area, number of people in the group etc), about us page, page to capture credit card/booking info, social media links 2)If you offer service to write the website text that is a plus but not required. Must be excellent, grammatically correct English. 3)Lots of pictures of Travel options (houses to rent in different areas), maybe also links to video tours iei on youtube. Map links would also be nice. 4) Should be sleek and modern looking 5)Display my logo 6)ability to input Vacation Rental home info to be displayed on page with all the details--property description, a calendar with availability, (this might need to be uploaded each day or synced from another database),ability to book online in real time not a must if expensive to add but ability to request a booking and capture credit card and customer info is a must. In some cases we may just charge a booking fee or processing fee --this would be a stand alone transaction (not necessarily associated with a property on our site 7)Must be able to notify us via email of new booking request or customer inquiry 8)Need new email box integrated. Want staff to have different sign ons..want to know about security options for this as well. 9)would like to see samples of your work with proposal 10)need something easy enough i could maintain (at least the text and images part) I have godaddy URL already destinique.com. Would it be easier to use one of their templates and tweak that?? I signed up to do this on my own but have not had time lately... 11)would like a simiple/clean modern looking website...maybe "look/layout" of something like [login to view URL] (large pics etc) if it can be done affordably. -would like to stay at lower end of budget put on this site. Again maybe use Go Daddy templates if you know of one? Would love to see examples of website you have done that look like this.! 12)need to be able to use on mobile devices. 13)would be nice to have stats on website 14)do you offer hosted solution or know how to go about that?
