Build a Website

This is just a scoping process, so bid what you think it would cost but understand it would not likely be awarded (at this stage) however if it does go ahead I will invite you to bid on the formal project. I need a freelancer to design and create a wordpress based website for me, this website would be a science / microscopy themed site (e.g. [login to view URL]). The site should have a download capability, where I can limit certain downloads to certain groups of members, it should also have a user signup section as well. The main idea of the site is to display high quality educational microscope slides, and to do this I would need an OpenSeaDragon plugin created. This should allow the user to easily embed a deep zoom image (by just the URL), but more importantly users should be able to annotate the deep zoom images. When they annotate a part of a deep zoom image it would go into an admin queue for moderation before it was approved, and then it would show up on the page at next refresh. The plugin should also have the ability to disable annotation per image, and a setting in the admin section that lets a user annotate their own page if required without needing moderation. The layout of each of the blog pages would be very consistent (sort of like this, but with space for google ads: [login to view URL]) The site should also have space for Google Ads because it would be running those. The idea is that this site would become a large community, so social media tie-in would be important. I have NextScript SNAP to post images to the various social networks, but would also need you to put all the sharing plugins on as well. Finally, some custom work would need to be done in terms of the category list pages, so they are sort of like this; [login to view URL] Can you do it, please let me know and post the expected cost and time.
