We want to build a penny auction website for video games items. It will have an auction house, which users can bid on items using bought credits through G2A/Paypal API. Users will log on the website with Steam API. Items will be manually supplied to the website depending on demands and popularity, but eventually we may upgrade to auto resupply of stocks. Website graphics will be done by us. There will also be possibility of staying on retainer for maintenance/upgrades or even part/full time work if we get a lot of traffic. French/english is good. We will do the website text, ideally we want it to be in multiple languages.
