Build Fantasy cricket website

I am looking for someone to make me a PHP script so I can manage a fantasy cricket webs ite The system should: 1. Allow an admin to create and manage a league (delete teams, add players, give points to players, assign player values, manage users, send mass emails to users of the site etc, assign point values for certain actions e.g. 1 point for a 1 scored, 1 point for a wicket etc). 2. Allow people to register and login to an account. 3. Allow users to view a player list and choose a team of 11 players. 4. join the leagues which admin can create according to his wish (eg. a league which require 20rs to join and 4 players are allowed. and winner gets the bet amount after deducting the fees 2) a league where a league which require 'X'.rs to join and 'Y' players are allowed. and winner gets the 'Z' amount after deducting the fees ) Note : here X,Y,Z are to be given dynamicaly by the admin according to his will. 5. allow users to select a captain and vicecaptain who scores more points then the other players.. 6) payment gateway to add money to join the leagues I'm sure a lot of this stuff can be adapted from existing fantasy scripts on the internet so it shouldn't be too much work.
