Build & Design a Website

This should be very simple for someone who knows what they are doing  I need a web site designed and developed. It is a learning curve for me even formulating what I need. Basically, I have a ministry working with victims of human trafficking, specifically sexual exploitation in Tajikistan. Main purpose of the ministry is investing in lives by providing necessary resources to victims as well as equip and empower them to integrate back in to society and generate income for themselves. I need to start from scratch with ideas, pictures, design, layouts, even content, etc. The purpose of the web site is information for investors. I will provide more information. As I mentioned, this should be very simple for someone who knows what they are doing, but for me it is such a big learning curve. All ideas and suggestions are welcome.
