Build a Dating Website + Android APP

Need a dating website: Must have backend to control site. Site must be fully responsive and mobile / tablet / devices compatible Admin panel should: • Control site users –Admin-Moderator-Users (moderate user access – activate/suspend- • disable/delete/edit) / email templates for welcoming user/lost password retrieval/ payments, other emails, and user password recovery by email. • Control Site’s RSS Feed • Site Title/Description/Keywords Meta management • Management of Site Pages – Links on Footer – (ex, about us, privacy, disclaimer, contact, etc) – ability to edit text easily via an HTML editor. Adding a page will add page of particular name and create a link of same name on footer, deleting would have opposite effect. Should be able to set order of pages on footer. • Analytics and AdSense code management • AD Banner Management / Ability to use different ad codes other than google AdSense. • Payments/refunds management Developing a unique matching algorithm based on variables such as, but not limited to, profile picture likes, dislikes, and user questionnaire list similar to a website I will provide. Design should take into account placement of multiple Google responsive ads. Have an ability to pay to make profiles premium and visible on homepage and tweeted or uploaded to site social media accounts. User can Login via LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter, and have option of importing information and pictures into their profile. People can get verified based on income level and identity verification, and receive special designation on our site once approved / Paid option to be verified and trusted. There should be multiple membership levels (including free) and payment API integration. Should be many premium upgrade options that may highlight users in listings and location wise. Build an Android App: for viewing possible recommendations as well as ability to send signs of interest. App and website should be able to locate users nearby based on street or city address or based on gps location - tracked and submitted by the app, if users are near a person they are recommended for they will receive notification and profile picture. This is a manual option and users can choose to disable anytime if they would not like notifications based on proximity. Apart from that, There should be an option called dream view (in mobile app), Where the picture and profile of persons meeting the recommended criteria pop up, and if they both select each other, they can initiate a free text chat without exchanging contact information. Live Chat option (server hosted video and chat) should be available if both sides agree to it, and it will be limited duration (for free), where no contact information can be exchanged and both parties are interested they can click continue conversation button, which will use credits – minutes (paid). They can initiate live video chat in mobile app or website. Design should be fully SEO friendly, with automatic sitemap generation Also email templates should be setup accordingly and email and user management should be available from backend. Premium options to list yourself on homepage and other premium categories.
