Build a Business directory

the search engine should be laid out like google or yahoo the business directory should be laid out like [login to view URL] the Classifieds should be laid out like [login to view URL] each user should be able to sign up and bussniess should be abel to make a basic page but all should have the same back ground to make it look like one site I will expand on making each user be able to have more feature in future projects I do not want wordpress and this project will be an ongoing thing 4 other websites and use the same database the others will be a social meida like facebook or dating site another site like airbnb another site for a hotel and on line reservations. Each will be its own project and I will have projects to expand some features..
