Goal: Design Bookin platform which will act as MVP for Bugle till funds available for app development. Bugle is a platform that will provide an uber like experience for home services. Launch Strategy: build website offering only cleaning and some handyman services. How: Cleaning and handyman services will be priced based on customer’s needs and configuration of home. First steps:only launch a selected number of products.. Customer will input information about their property and any special extras they need and website will calculate this and produce quote for customer. (BOOKING PROCESS WILL BE HIGHLY SIMILAR TO POPULAR US SERVICE WHICH IS QUITE SIMILAR) Customer makes booking on website and enters credit card details where we pre-auth the fee and charge once the job has been done.(will be discussed in detail) pricing structures must be amendable quite easily as pricing is subject to change on customer feedback. Products will be added and modified as time passes based on acquisition of new knowledge and cleaners. Full customization of products is a must for future proofing for next 1.5 years. All customers will be able to sign up/social login and create profile through which the customer can monitor their purchase booking history, book recurring services and comment on blog posts etc. (NOT PRIORITY) Website should also host area for suppliers ie. Cleaners to log on and register where they get to access their invoices etc
