I need a site created with similar parts from these three sites.

My requirements are, ability to download audio/video in the desired format from major sites like youtube, vimeo, dailymotion, facebook.
Once audio/video is processed there should be a way to share it via facebook and also some sort of retention period so people can re-download.
It is also desirable if you use a workload management system such as Gearman to process conversion requests.
I also like to have a similar system such as this site where youtube videos are searched and displayed aswell as images of the latest downloads with a filter for adult content.
You dont need to make the site pretty, just basic layout and functionality is fine.
