Bootstrap refactor and design fixed

The project consists on a refactor of a HTML/CSS pages which has been already developed for a CSS designer, but he didn't know Bootstrap. I want to refactor the HTML/CSS pages in order to follow the Boostrap framework.
There are 18 html pages, but many of them are very similar each other. They all share header, footer, etc...
- A responsive design is very important. I want that all the pages are well displayed in any device. It is necessary experience with Bootstrapp, more than one project.
- The quality of the code is very important for me. (I will check myself, I am a Java programmer and I have know something about Html/Css and bootstrapp). I want the last stable version of bootstrap.
- There are some pending fixes regarding the original design (I attach pdf)
- I have complete availability to resolve doubts, questions, I would like to have communication every day, to know how the project is going.
- At the moment I've dectected 13 issues to fix. I attach the document.
- There are 3 html pages which need to be adapted to this new design, but without using Bootstrap (but in this case I don't need responsive design), I will explain why I cannot use bootstrap there.
- I am opened to suggestions, improvements etc..
- Agility is always welcome.
