Background Graphic needed for CD Cover

This job is for a hi-res background graphic that will be used on a CD cover and various advertising print campaigns. I'm looking for someone to help create a horrific butcher shop scene with heavy gore & grunge. Except instead of the carcass' of skinned cows hanging from the ceiling, it is to be dead rappers hanging upside down who have been skinned alive with their torso cut off at the waist. I would like a row of these dead, skinned rappers on each side of the background so I can juxtapose a photoshop rendering of the featured artist in the middle of the two rows. Each dead rapper in sequence should get smaller down the row to show the dimension. Body parts, blood splatters, pools of blood, skulls, weapons, etc. should be on the ground. So basically this is going to be a CD cover with an artist in the middle. What I need help with is the background scene featuring a row of dead, skinned rappers hanging upside down from the ceiling on each side of the artist.
