build a website from a template

hello, i'm looking to make website just like [login to view URL] . i have a template for the website i want, but the template is incomplete , and i don't know what is missing, or not working right. the things that i can see working are working, like the register, and the login, but things need to be added to those things, like, more fields, more description, and change some info. the shrink function is working, but needed to be changed to my site, and the landing pages of the short urls are already there. and need to change the layout and the design of the template to a better and nicer one. so in general there are not alot of work to be done there, but everything need to be checked, and add things. so before you bid, check the site [login to view URL] , then check my template [login to view URL] and look what need to change and to add. few things to keep in mind before you bid. i have an idea for web text based multiplayer game, that soon will be completed, so if youll do a great job for this site, i will hire you for my next project, it will be a big job that will be needed to be done in 2-3 months. this website will need to be upgraded in the future, so do a good work on it and you'll have another small job from me. i need it to be done in 1 week.
