Scope of project Device compatibility: pc workstation, mac, android-mac smartphones and tablets We want a web form that will allow for salespeople to input text, choose from drop-down boxes, use radio button selections, and have a comments box to request quotes from our engineering department. The web form will have between 50 and 100 fields of various types that will need to be filled in or the questions answered. After the data has been collected and is ready to submit a pop-up screen with all the data filled in should appear and give the user a chance to go back and make corrections or go ahead and submit the request. Once the submit button has been pressed the data should be put into an organized format and sent via e-mail to our engineering department also the person that is requesting the information should have an option of inputting an e-mail address. The request should be able to be saved and recalled later for reuse (cloned) or modified and resubmitted as a revised RFQ. This must be a complete working form/ system. Hi, Thanks for posting project on freelancer.com, Just please advise me on some points below: 1] I checked your current website [login to view URL], Please provide me the platform for (coding language like PHP or ASP.NET) this proposed form development, I am open for both (PHP and ASP.NET) ? 2] Is the 50 and 100 fields are dynamic or predefined ? 3] Do we just email that submit info instead of saving in database? Please let me know if we need to to save that info somewhere? 4] Do you have any email templete/organised format wireframe so we can put the dynamic contents in the same and email the same. Provision: I will provide you a proper validated form, which will have all the form fields to fill and submit, I will create proper email format table with the key values pair in the same with the filled values, also provision to edit the existing info by user wise by providing proper login to each and every user for profile classification purpose. hi there, i read your brief and believe that I understand your requirement. The only thing I was not clear on was that at the end you mention that you need to save the information and reuse, but you dont seem to mention how it will be stored ie database is not a skill mentioned. perhaps we can clarify this last point so i am clear on what you mean by saving and reusing.
