CSS Animation and Yoothem Wordpress Template Changes

I have set up a Wordpress site at [login to view URL] using a Yootheme theme. I have got to the point where my expertise runs out and want someone to do the following. Then if I am happy with the work there will be small bits on ongoing work after.

The person chosen should have experience with Wordpress Yootheme themes

1) Create CSS animations for front page similar to ones here:

a. [login to view URL] choose the inspire theme

i. So one word should fly up at a time (CA needs a symbol designing similar to demo ones) The bar should be a bit narrower than the demo one.

b. Business + Tax Advice = £££

c. CA + Service + Value = "thumbs up logo"

d. Get In Touch "phone logo"

2) Get main logo working on all pages

3) Shrink vertical spaces in header area

4) Change links on pages to buttons?

5) Change font colour on “phone us now” in top a to bright blue

6) Move map on contacts page to left

7) Speed up loading times

8) Ensure looks ok in IE, Firefox and Chrome (fonts – spacing etc)

9) Twitter and Facebook logos and links in top bar by search
