Hi Marty, I am based in the UK and have in a previous job completed a similar employee tracking system. This old system was used in a call centre environment and as well as doing holiday and sickness etc it also used to schedule and optimize shifts depending on forecast call volumes. Obviously this would not be required for this project and any system would be bespoke to your needs however I have travelled this road before so know what some of the pitfalls are.
