Counter Slideshow(repost)

Need a full page picture slideshow with a "number counter" at the top of the screen. A mockup screenshot of this project is attached. The number counter can be seen on the frontpage of [login to view URL] Source code for that counter can be provided. This project does not have to duplicate that counter, it just gives you an idea of what I am talking about. User supplied parameters, using init file, follows: For "number counter": starting value, rate of change, colors of digits or font For slideshows: user will provide two lists of images to use these lists will be the same size and should be synchronized, example: pic1 on each list will be shown at the same time, then pic2, then pic3, etc delay to show pic1, pic2, etc. Need separate timer for each image on the list. User will provide this in init file Background: User supplies color, default BLACK This slideshow will run on a laptop at full screen, no window title bars. Program will be used at trade shows to draw attention to our booth. It will have no user interaction after it is started. Looking for a very simple, run and forget type of program that will just sit and scroll all day long until I end the program manually. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP, Vista, 7.0
