Build online cleaning calculator

I would like someone to build a simple online calculator. Basically, this would allow people to place data into fields, in which it calculates how much chemical, water and labour time people spend on their cleaning. I would also need the freelancer to set up an automatic email that is sent from us to the user with their results (table and pie chart form in a PDF). The user would need to fill out a form on the calculator with their details, so the automatic email with their results can be sent to them.
