Bootstrap 3 HTML and site conversion

I need 17 pages of a current site converted to bootstrap. The pages should look exactly (with the same text and picture place holders) like the original when the browser is at a wide resolution. Workflow: You should start with the homepage, convert it to bootstrap and then wait for approval before going to the next page. The pages must look exactly like the original when in full resolution and also look good on tablets and mobile. There are no current files to work with, developer must work by working with the pages from the web browser.
