Hello, I need a web application for my Athlete Management Tracking System. I am able to build the API myself, however need a web designer for the front end. Preferably using Bootstrap, and AngularJS is a bonus. I have a coded template with PSD and HTML and AngularJS integrated as well. You may utilize that, or create your own front end. I have some further information on what I require. It is below. Please let me know if you are able to help, and how much it would cost. Also ask any other questions you have on the project right away. Thank you Project Description: I have a coded HTML template. Live version is found here: [login to view URL] The template files, page descriptions, and mockups are found here: [login to view URL] I am a software developer but do not specialize in being able to build the front-end of the web design. I have mockups and descriptions of the pages that we need built, however am not able to actually build the pages the way i have in mind. We need a designer who is able to interpret the mockups, user stories, and expected page components and build it using the template we have. You do not need to design anything from scratch, but if it is easier for you to do so then that can be suggested as an option as well. We would rather the web designer create the pages using our template and bootstrap, but if you would like to create it custom instead then you may suggest that as well.
