Child Game (Pokemon) Banner Needed!

Hello graphic designers!

This is a great challenge that I'm making available to you. I am in need of a banner that involves the children's game Pokemon. Please see the description below..

This banner will be extremely unique, and will need to be made mainly from scratch. I don't want it to look "blah" and static. There are parts of it that will be animated. It's a very intense battle scene, and it needs to look as such.

First of all, you'll need to familiarize yourself with the 4 Pokemon that will be on the banner - Luxray ([login to view URL]), Pidgeot ([login to view URL]), Houndoom ([login to view URL]), and Lumineon ([login to view URL]). Go to those links to see a basic image of those Pokemon.

In this banner, you will need to recreate those 4 Pokemon in a way that I describe below.

This banner will be extremely elemental, involving fire, water, electricity, and a bit of wind. First of all, this is a battle scene. The 4 Pokemon need to look furrowed and intense. The Luxray and Pidgeot need to be on the left, and the Houndoom and Lumineon need to be on the right.

In the center of the banner there needs to be the text "Yomama's Mega Flea Market". It needs to be a very glossy black, with a dark grey outset border. The dark grey border needs to look like it's pulsing.

Streams of fire need to be coming from the Houndoom's mouth, and the fire needs to intertwine between all of the text.

Electricity needs to be coming from the Luxray and needs to be intertwining with all of the fire and the text as well.

The Pidgeot needs to have its wings forward like it just used them to create a massive windstorm.

There also needs to be a lake towards the bottom of the banner. The entire scene should be reflected in this lake. The Lumineon needs to be in the lake, with small ice crystals starting to form in front of it, like it's about to launch a sort of ice attack. There also needs to be ice crystals surrounding and all over the text.

It is also night time.. it needs to be a very dark looking banner. The electricity, fire, and ice crystals intertwining with the text also need to be pulsating, like it's actually moving and surging through the text.
