Boy Holding Onto Girl Design

Attached is my inspiration. On 28 by 40 inches, 300 dpi, CYMK. I would like a Dark Grey to Light Gray(low to high) background gradient. I would like this to be in stencil style. Then at 15 inches, a girl holding a bunch of pink and red heart shapes baloons with some ballons ecaping above. The balloons are pulling the girl up. She is holding a bat and a little boy is hanging onto her bat. He is holding some flowers with his other hand. This entire scene must be placed vertically except for escaping baloons at the top. Placement should be as follows: scattered escaping ballons at the top, the bunch of baloons, then the little girl holding onto the bunch of ballons, then her holding the bat, and then the boy holding onto the bat. and then the boy holding flowers in his other hand.
