Hi freelancers,
I need a booklet designed for the building industry, the finished product will be printed off set and aimed at the high end real estate market.
The book will be around 20-30 pages with front and back cover.
Your skills must be in
- booklet creation
- design and layouts
- understanding of the Australian market
- an understanding of advertising/branding/marketing
You must in your reply provide
- examples of similar work both in .pdf AND .indd (as i want to see your layouts and formatting styles)
- ideas on how you would make it so it (the finished printed product) was 'special' eg: any design elements you would use/add/recommend etc
I will own all copyright, you will provide all artwork and files both in .pdf and .indd ready for print. Milestones will be paid along the way with 50% paid on final delivery.
