Boat Shirt 1 - repost

Looking for a vector design I can have screen printed onto a t-shirt. I have the design layout, I just dont have the ability to draw it up in illustrator. The design is a girl sitting on a boat in a bikini. She has her back turned with her bikini off holding her bikini top over her head using it as a start flag for a boat race. Along the bottom, it would read [login to view URL] and have moutains/sun in the background Attached is the picture of the boat I would like to use where the girl is sitting on it, the 2 boats I would like to use for the race, the profile of the girl I would like to use (please dont make an exact copy of girl) and also is a sketch of the layout I would like to use for the shirt. Also attached is samples of other shirts to use as examples as of the look/vibe/style I am looking to achieve.
