Artwork modification

Our Company does CNC plasma cut designs out of Steel sheeting of many types most of our designs are Wrought Iron oriented but also include artworks of animals & other inserts. My Company does as many as 5-10 projects like these a month. Successful candidate/s would likely be offered many more similar projects. Once this project is done successfully I have at least 5 more to be worked on.

Though most of our designs are unrelated to religion. We do have designs for religious faiths like Islam, Christianity, Hinduism, etc. It so happens that we are preparing for the Diwali period in our multi-cultural country so we have a number of these Hindu related pieces to work on. It would be unfortunate if that deters any good prospective partners.

WHAT WE REQUIRE- I require the artwork Kr1 attached, to be modified to be ready to be cut by a CNC plasma system. This project would simply require the modification of the black and white artwork which is one phase in the artwork developmental process and the only covered in this project. A more challenging example of the full development of a piece of artwork is attached- "Phases in CNC art development". This is to be cut out of one layer of steel so that all of the black areas must be connected sufficiently to ensure that no pieces necessary for the design are left loose resulting in them falling off. There is flexibility in modifying the design as what is important is that the artwork is modified to meet requirements tastefully and not allowing too much compromise of the beauty of the artwork. If The modification of the black and white artwork to be prepared for the creation of the cutting path is what is required in this project.

NB Any point that is thinner than 3/16 of an inch would burn off but this would not be a problem if the area is narrowing to a point. Logically a large piece of material must be given adequate connection to the main piece around the design. This can be achieved with many moderately sized connections a a couple wider ones.
