Announcement Slide for Event

We have a professional-looking scrolling bulletin of slides at our church (a big one with many LCDs showing announcements) and I am helping with a youth event. It's a New Year's Eve all nighter for senior highers. We're going to be doing many things at many places, including going to the local Sky High (trampolines everywhere). I just want it to basically have an appropriate background if possible, (that's the hardest part), as well the basics like the time you show up/leave, meeting place, etc. It's 5:30pm (Dec 31) to 8:00am (Jan 1). Meeting place is the church, tentatively the Student Center.
