I want to create a wordpress plugin for a cool and visually impressive video slider that can be added to a wordpress website / blog.
I want to create something similar to that on [url removed, login to view] home page. The difference being that when a video is clicked it enlarges to dsiplay and play (rather than pointing to a new page). A slider that can be moved with cursor or arrows and automatically rotates.
In terms of what i need to be able to do:
1) Select the size of the reel so that people can get it to fit on their page nicely.
2) Ability to add just videos or videos with text underneath.
3) Ability to control the font and style of the text displayed (if selected)
4) Upload videos directly
5) Display videos from you tube by adding the URL of the video
6) Notification if any video stops being available from YouTube
6) When the video is selected to play, it opens to a user defined size to play. This size should be configurable by the user.
7) Video rotation - ability to select the time before video rotates (in seconds) - also choose whether reel goes left or right on rotation.
9) Ability to show the length of the videos shown and the number of views - this needs to be configurable so can be turned on or off. Text needs to be configurable for style and font / size / color etc.
When it's built, i need to code packaged up and delivered to me, once it's tested and working. I am on a budget for this - happy bidding.
