"We are looking to have a knowledgeable designer and programmer create a comprehensive website that is powered by wordpress. The design should be 1) clean, 2) professional, 3) simple, and 4) elegant.
The design should be well-balance and aim towards pushing visitors towards calling the company's number that should be placed in a high visibility location or pushing the visitors towards a contact form.
I have included some sample websites that I believe accomplish the above mentioned tasks very well.

Design should include the ability to add content quickly and easily. Contractor will provide a written document with instructions on how to add, edit and remove content. Instructions for content and placement of content will be given while the project progresses. Contractor will use gap-filler text until informed otherwise
Website should include the necessary plugins in wordpress to ensure proper SEO techniques. Hired contractor warrants and agrees that any and all images used in the design of this website are used in accordance with copyright laws of the United States. Hired contractor agrees to indemnify the employer against any copyright violations arising from the creation of this website.
