Design/Change Weebly Website

Website Address: [login to view URL] I currently have a Weebly website and I like their services. What I need help with is just rounding it out to make it look great. I am using one of their templates which I like for the most part, but I want it to look better and more professional. I'm looking for a nice, clean design. My business is an electronics repair shop. I use my website to advertise my services as well as sell products. Customers can go to my site to request repairs as well. I'm looking for a professional who can give me suggestions for making this website look great. I know when things look good, but I don't always know how to make something look like I want it to. I know I'll need a better header graphic as well as some photos manipulated. I'll probably also need some html work and CSS, but I don't know for sure. There will probably be a lot of small tweaks, but I don't expect any huge changes. I need someone with patience that can try multiple edits so I can see which I like better. I also want someone who is a professional so they can suggest things that would improve my site (fonts, photos, design elements, user experience, etc). I'll be looking to hire someone who fits the above criteria and has patience for a lot of redo's. Please don't bid if you don't have any feedback.
