Create Joomla Extension to Integrate Big Blue Button

I am looking for someone to create a Joomla 3.x extension for integration of bigbluebutton ([url removed, login to view]) The extension MUST use Joomla permissions to access the bigbluebutton software. (if a user does not have proper permissions/group then they cannot access that area.) User information should be bridged between the two

Joomla and BBB will each have a separate databases on the same server.
