Hello. I'm doing both, wordpress and static web pages. Even though I haven't done static pages for a while, since everyone want CMS lately, I think 20-30 $ is OK price for 1 static web site, with few pages. This price doesn't include domain name / hosting, since that is mostly buyer obligation to provide it. If you have all content ready, possibly some images, I think 1-2 days is more then enough to make one web site. If interested in my service, please contact me. Depending on what you would like to be added to your site, if its not too complicated it should take only a few hours. You will have to be responsible for signing up for your domain name and hosting as there is a monthly fee involved with most companies. I could try to get a quick design to you in an hour and the site construction should take about 2 -3 hours. A low bid for this project would be about $60. I know there is a 12hr time difference but feel free to contact me and I will respond as soon as possible.
