Build some graphics for wordpress website -- 2

a simple project for a tourism agency website; to choose a free wordpress template and design some graphics for it with a nice front page with some flash, also install an event manager plugin and maybe some tweaks to become an online reservation for tourist tours without online payment. The requirements 1. in wordpress 2. Graphics for the whole site, pictures of Kurdistan/Iraq and of red lavender 3. Front page with flash 4. free very nice wordpress theme 5. The site is in 3 language to be selected by user 6. Normal menu items like our services, programs, offers, about us, tourism in Kurdistan, contact us, etc 7. An online reservation system (event management system plug-in), there r several free on wordpress, will require tweaking. no online payment required. 8. Social media (Facebook, tweater, etc) plug-in and any other brilliant idea u can come up with. For translation I have seen transposh widget, looks nice and easy, or we can discuss other options The website: The company is for for tourism, they provide tourist tours and programs, also flights reservation on different airlines. so I guess there will pictures related to the work (tourism) and to the name of the company (red lavender, the flower). The logo we have but poorly drawn, u will see it and i am sure u would like to draw it again with some interesting effect on it. I would like to see some nice graphics that looks not only professional, but also made specially for the site, I hate generic pictures everyone can use, it is ok to use some, but not everything.
