Build my one page website

I want you to build me a one page website without login for members nothing complicated. Just want to have a php file or html file made by you that will upload through ftp transfer. The coding must include this: meta tags the best ones you find for my website [login to view URL] to attract visitors, the background that will be white or yellow with the text up on the page : No matter how difficult today was just . this text must come in the second when a visitor comes to my website and it will be seen as it comes from the background and transforms into a nice color (your choice). After that at the middle of the page will come a normal mood icon that will be at first a normal mood like you see in the pictures after that it transforms into a nice smile. At the bottom of the page after the nice smile appears it will be a message like this : Because when you smile the world you make the world a better place . And finally now it will appear in a nice way the facebook share like and twitter .That is all. Hope it is not too much complicated, look at the pictures to understand better. PS: All of this must have at most 10 seconds so the visitors don't get bored and leave before they have the option to tweet share or like the website. And please make it look as more professional as it can be and with nice colours. If i am satisfied with this project I will make more project and colaborate with the person that makes this project.
