Build an ecommerce website for sale of fashion items.

i want to build a simple online fashion store with less than 100 products. However, it should have the capacity to support over 2000+ products. I would like to emphasize on the following (please do not bid if you don't agree on even ONE of these) the Content management system must be very easy to use the admin panel should be simple to use feature rich the picture quality and design elements are VERY important to me. there will be payment gateway integration (3-5 payment APIs) and lastly, Time to completion should not be more than 35 days.
