Build an auction website **NEW FREELANCER WILL NOT BE SELECTED** **FREELANCER WITH BEST RATES AND PORTFOLIO WILL BE SELECTED ** I need to build an auction website for properties. It would a bit like freelancer.com but for properties (buy or rent). The point is to have multiple offers for property owner. You can use whatever templates, CRM, or copied code you want to make the development cheaper. Here are the MUST HAVE specifications: - Member login o Name o Last Name o Phone number o Mail o Picture (Optional) o Last year income (Optional) - Possibility to add a property : o Location (Must be linked to goggle Map) o Number of bedroom (up to 5) Radio button o Up to 10 pictures (.jpg, .png – 5Mo max per file) o Minimum price asked o Description field (Text area) max 2.000 words o To Rent or to Sell – Radio button o Possibility to close the offer - Possibility to bid on a Property when logged in o Price proposed o Moving date possibility o Small description (250 words maximum). - Mail Alert - Propose me some templates for the website - A Top menu with a visible search bar - A list of properties where members have bided or received bids on - PayPal Integration - Hide contact of bidders if no payment. - A Sharing button on each property. Here is the global website organization wanted: - A home page with a slider - 3/4 slides and last uploaded properties - A page to upload a property on the website - An advanced searching page o Search by location (Text input) o Distance from the area (5 option – radio button) o Price range (Text input) o Number of bedrooms (5 option – radio button) o Rent or Sell (Radio button) - A typical page to display a property here o [login to view URL] o Add all the offer underneath the pictures and description o Add on top of the announce the number of bid received and the average price. - The result page should show up the main picture, number of bid and average price offered. Text will be provided Pics needed will be provided too. Need to access code
