A payment system similar to Payza or Paypal with all the following features and more: 1. Do all the basic features of a payment system: add funds from bank account or credit card, send and receive money from other users, etc. 2. An automatic SMS verification system that sends notifications or updates to users based on their action or account status updates. 3. Transfer money from bank account or account balance to other bank account via the system. Very useful in bill and fee payments. 4. Load funds with special scratch cards similar to loading airtime to phones. Scratch cards (with their respective values in currency) will have generated numbers or token that can be entered into the system at the user's dashboard and if active and verified, will be reflected on the user's account balance. 5. Printable Invoice and receipts of transactions. 6. Must use user's country currency as the default currency. Therefore, if your in Ghana, your account balance will be shown in the Ghana Cedi (GHC) equivalent of USD. Thus, if GHC3 = $1 then "GHC30" must reflect as balance for the Ghanaian user or $10 for the USA user based on the 3:1 rate ratio. This is to relieve users of the problems associated with Exchange Rates. So, your local currency should be worth its USD equivalent based on the current rates. 6. SMS payment where a verified user's phone number can be used as the alternative account number to send and receive funds to and from other users. 7. VERY IMPORTANT: In Ghana, mobile telecom companies have setup a mobile payment system called "Mobile Money". This allows mobile users to send and receive money. Thus, a person can go to an agent with cash and convert it to virtual currency on their mobile wallet. With this, they can send their friends money from their phone for their friends to either receive an SMS with a token to withdraw their money in cash from an agent if they're unregistered users, or receive it as a balance in their Mobile Money wallet if they have registered. However, one cannot add fund from or send funds to their personal bank accounts via this Mobile Money service and that is exactly what this payment system should do. It should allow users to link their Mobile Money Accounts with their Bank accounts or Credit cards via the system using their mobile number as the common account number. So User A, verified user has his verified phone number as same as his Mobile Money account number. So he can transfer money to his phone number (which is his Mobile Money Account Number) or his friend's phone number and it will reflect in his Mobile Money Wallet as received funds all from their dashboard. 8. Funds transfer from other virtual digital currencies like Bitcoins, Paypal, Payza, etc. 9. Easily generated API codes for users to embed into their site to accept payments via our system direct into their account like Paypal. 10. Grouping or users into example Free, Premium and Pro users depending on their feature needs and charge or verification level. 11. Referral and affiliate codes for users. Example Free $10 for every user you invite and $5 for you who invited them to signup. 12. VERY IMPORTANT: 100% responsive layout and extremely simple user interface. Signing up, adding and sending money, etc. should not be more than 3 clicks. So down to earth UI that users may not need any further help to navigate around their dashboard. 13. Users can login with their usernane, email address or phone number which are unique to every account + their password. With the complexity of the system, security is key. Moreover, even if the system you intend creating may not meet all the requirements above, I would be happy to know your limits, concerns and suggestions that may even be better and efficient than described above.
