Website compatible with all recent browsers. Standard web streaming site with credit system. Only needs to be compatible with camera's with built in h.264.compression. Need the ability to handle live streaming of web cams at 1080p/720p and stored videos at the same. On the web streaming side the user should be able to see who is in the room and how many credits each user has, Option to enter private chat or private group chat. Option for streamer to set price on videos and streaming for private single and group rates, Prefer Linux based system. Flash seems to be the current standard. Would like reasons for other options if programmer feels there is now a better option. Credit payment and Paypal payment options. Option to mute audio or video or both. Free sign up based user system. Some other options to discuss as upgrades. Example of compatible cameras would be Logitech C920 and Logitech E930.
