Build a Website #2

I need someone who can build a replica of this website: [login to view URL] Most features will be identical, however some others will be modified and/or added. HTML, MySQL, PHP, Website Design, Website Testing. Additional critical details of the project include: • Small tutorial on how to manage / add / edit details and information on website. What program will be used? How do I learn? Is the program difficult to use? • There must be an automatic email notification to the webmaster (us) when there is any PROFILE CHANGE (This is for quality control, so there are no graphic photos or writing put up prior to our knowledge) • There must be an email-auto-responder for when clients make a profile, they immediately receive confirmation emails, with instructions, etc. (If this is not possible, that is okay, I know where and how to get this elsewhere for a monthly fee). • The website must have blocked features for users which are not signed in. For example: a visitor (who is not a member or who is not signed in) cannot contact or see the contact details of another user until they either sign up or sign in. • Ability to process payments securely. • Ability to control content (by administrator) • Ability for users to have profiles with pictures, descriptions, etc. • An in-site search engine with various filters. • Must be a user-friendly Administrator program for our personnel to use.
