this is not a simple project (but one I'd be happy to take part in). I am familiar with the above mentioned site (don't tell anyone, but I visit them from time to time); So I guess I can say that I'm aware of the features and demands of such sites. In fact, I have been thinking of making such a site on my own, but while I have the skills to program one, I believe I am not the right person to run such a business. You will need a rather good server, and there are some software packages that can help get this kind of project started, if you will want me to buy these for you, I will need extra payment (preferably off site) for them (or I could tell you where and what, and you buy it). Even if you don't choose me, let me just add one more thing to your list: adding a water mark to the cam feed the user sees (other-wise people will record the "privates", and sell them on-line). another aspect of such a site is "how people buy credits".
