Hello I can do your job Ifyou already has design then just take the header footer without any link and and one field mail. Need to save the mail in the db and send mail to that uset that the site willlaunnch shortly with time for admin has also a link from where admin can check tht mail and the time of visit

Hi, I can very quickly set up a WordPress site for you that just consists of the splash page and subscription section so that people can enter their email address and it will be recorded in a database which you can then use to contact people with. A simple newsletter subscription feature would serve you well for this project.
