(login: the system has 3 type of users they are (lecturer, head of department and committee chair and all of them have a different home page view lecturer home page: the head of department can view the employee's home page who are working under that department for example in my college we have 4 departments (MIS, CS, IDE and AL) the HOD of the MIS department can view the page for the employee who are working on the MIS department only and the same thing for the other department. also we have a higher HOD that can view the pages for all the employees regardless of the department succession managment: another thing we have a features where the lecturers can enter their skills and competencies and it is arranged in categories and I have done but I want the HOD can see these skills. it means the HOD will have a page called succession management that contain the skills categories and displays all the employees who have that skills. for example the HOD of MIS department can see all the employee who have presentation skills. this categories already I have done it in the lecturer's page announcement: only the HOD and committee chair can place an announcement to the lecturers
