I am looking to build a website that is used to buy and sell cars Listing is Free Any one can list after creating an account or with the use of email verification of text verification Each item listed for sale must have VIN# Year : ex 2008 Make: Chevrolet Model: Cobalt Subtype : LS or LT I want it to be with drop down menues Is it possible to pull the basic info from about Auto Check or Carfax using the VIN number? the basic info is displayed free when you go to these site I need to add at the end of each ad a space where you can ask a question or a comment then the seller can answer. I want posting be done based on your zip code. When you search for a car you can specify the distance from your set zip code. There should be option for advanced search where you can custom search using any criteria. The system should allow only one vehicle with this VIN to be posted. and flag and reject any other post. All your listings should be kept in the your history even after deleting them for legal reasons. Any ad that is not Car, Truck or Motorcycle cannot be posted. Reply to ads can be done using an encrypted email that will go to the owner's email or using the owners phone number if he chooses to list it. I like to hide the Tel number or post it in a way that cannot be searchable. Anyone can post for free, Can Upload high quality pictures ( with minimum resolution) that need to be designed in a different way than in the current car classifieds. Example you can click on a button and you see the pictures as a slide show. Or something similar. You should have the option to post Videos. Suspicious ads should be reported. WE should be able to have a ban list for users who violate the policy. I need technical info about what type of servers we need to keep up with the traffic. There should be a option to list an ad if you are looking for specific Item
